DancerFit is a specialized fitness program crafted exclusively for dancers seeking to enhance their strength, flexibility, endurance, and overall performance. This comprehensive program blends functional training with dance-specific exercises to improve movement quality, prevent injuries, and elevate artistry. Whether you're a heels dancer who wants to enhance their strength and balance, a hip-hop dancer craving explosive power, or a contemporary dancer seeking fluid mobility, DancerFit is tailored to meet your unique physical demands. What can you expect at DancerFit?

Basic Fitness Assessment:. We’ll kick things off by understanding where you are in your fitness journey. Our basic fitness assessment will help us tailor a plan that works best for you, ensuring safe and effective progress.

InBody Scan Analysis: Get a clearer picture of your health with a comprehensive body scan. This gives us insights into your body composition, helping us track and celebrate your progress along the way.

Personalized Goal Setting: Your goals matter! Together, we’ll set realistic and achievable milestones, whether you want to improve your stamina, build strength, lose weight, or simply feel more energized.

WhatsApp Community & Accountability: Stay connected with a community that’s here to cheer you on. Our DancerFit WhatsApp group offers daily motivation, check-ins, and a safe space to share your wins, struggles, and everything in between.

Program Features: Dance-Specific Strength Training: Targeted exercises to build core stability, lower-body power, and upper-body control for lifts, leaps, and turns. You will be able to choose a “gym program” or an “at home program.”

Endurance & Stamina Boost: Cardiovascular conditioning to sustain energy through long rehearsals and performances.

Flexibility & Mobility Work: Dynamic and static stretching routines to improve range of motion and fluidity while maintaining joint health.

Injury Prevention & Recovery: Focused work on alignment, balance, and corrective exercises to reduce the risk of common dance injuries.

Cross-Training Integration: Pilates, yoga, and functional movement patterns to enhance coordination and body awareness.

1st Session w/ Assessment: Wednesday June 25th 6:30-8:30pm

Returning Client 1st Session: Wednesday June 25th 7-8:30pm

2nd Session: Wednesday July 16th 7-8:30pm- InBody Scan, check in, new program, modifications and in person training session.

3rd Session: Wednesday August 20th 7-8:30pm -Inbody Scan, check in, new program, modifications and in person training session

If you are new to DancerFit or would like an updated assessment please sign up for one of the options below:

One time Workshop includes your assessment, goal setting and one program. (at home or in gym program)

Assessment + 3 Month Program: includes your assessment, goal setting, ongoing communication with your trainer, online community and accountability, 3 in person training sessions with updated program for your needs.

Assessment + 6 Month Program: includes your assessment, goal setting, ongoing communication with your trainer, online community and accountability, 6 in person training sessions with updated program for your needs. Receive a 10% discount for committing to 6 months.
